In last days our club leaved one of the greatest players of the Świecie Titans team.
Roberts Treijs was our starting Center and one of the players that join in season 3. That Latvian big guy was the heart of the team and had a very good relations with coaches and players. He get the Divison 1 title with Titans and i think the 4 place in last season was very hard without him under the basket. He played great in games with better Centers and he stopped them in many occasions. He was very good on the defense and on the board. And he had train like crazy. I think he develop in one of the best Centers in Poland and in season 5 he get to the Latvia National Team!!!

He did not play great amount of minutes in team in 4 season… but no one in the team did play great amount of minutes. But he was happy with the playing time and really understand that he was great addition to our squad.
But in 5 season, the former Świecie Titans had more good players under the basket and he had a little problem to play more minutes. He was now one of the best Centers in his county and the teams from Latvia was offering him great cash and more minutes than the Titans. But he was very loyal to fans to the team to the players and to the coaches. But after the Titans buy Kuba Kontek on PF a star player from Poland the ammount of minutes was minimal for him. After a talk with gregoff he was put on transfer list and was sold yesterday to Dobele Sobers from Latvian Champ league.
Gregoff
He was a extraordinary player. No complains, no regards. Only hard work on the training and on the floor. In this season he added more to the defensive power but after Grzegorz Quadrado had been bought to the team. With Grzegorz Patynek, Grzegorz Quadrado and him on Center we had problems to with rotation. All players wanted to play. I understand that and when we bought Kuba Kontek i know that he will want to go to other team. I think he was very special guy and we will miss him in here. I wish him good luck and MANY WIN GAMES.

All good times for us in Poland Premier was when Roberts Treijs played in the team. We will always remmember the blocks in game with Dinamo or Az Fatheads where he was playing with the best centers in world!!! We wish him a good times in new team and we will want to talk with the team owners to get a friendly game Titans – Sobers after the season!!!
